Assam Premium Tea is operated under a registered company based in Kohima, Nagaland, India. Our tea is sourced from Assam and shipped locally and internationally.

2. Ordering & Payment

All orders are placed via WhatsApp Business.
Payment must be made in full before the order is processed.
Accepted payment methods:
- India: UPI, Credit/Debit Card, Razorpay
- International: PayPal, Credit Card

3. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
Shipping is available both within India and internationally.
We use reliable delivery partners including India Post and private courier services.
Tracking information will be shared once the order is dispatched.

4. Returns & Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns are not accepted.
However, if you receive the wrong item or the product is damaged in transit:
- Contact us via WhatsApp or email within 3 days of delivery.
- Include clear photos of the issue.
- Upon verification, we will issue a replacement or full refund.
In the case of a lost shipment, we will investigate with the courier and provide a refund or replacement based on their confirmation.
